I'm looking for a program that does the following:
1. Allows customers to create accounts, chose advertising options, pay and upload creatives automatically (not automatically activated but just somewhere where admin can extract the material)
2. Preferably does automatic reminders of expiring/renewals etc
3. Allows admin to put in different types of advertising (not just banners) and how many of each time in each type frame. When that amount is reached, a message is displayed and signups aren't take. Though preferably some kind of waiting list would be good.
Preferably PHP, and I'm willing to pay for it, though not a fortune or I could just make it myself.
All I can find is ad rotation and management scripts, not something to manage the booking.
