Question Clients adding own content

I would like to know what to look for to be able to have certain areas of my website so that my clients can add content themselves. I need an easy program to install and set up, but have no idea what to even look for.

Sounds like ...

you need a Content Management System. Some are big and bulky like geeklog or phpnuke or the other nukes. I like and use often www.scripts.dbmasters.net content manager and soon Community Manager. This is easy to setup and use.

I highly recommend it. If you want to see samples let me know. Email me mark.wasiewicz@gmail.com

Good Luck
Mark

Don't know where this thread was moved to... but

Pmachine is now free and it is a wonderful tool for clients to post content in real time.

The software can be found at Pmachine.com and is a full blog or forum program, but you can simply use it as a posting tool too.

I have used it for churches wanting their sectaries to post announcements - it works great!

Best of luck,
