I need help finding a script that lets people submit reviews for anything (with categories to separate them) and a rating system built in for rating the reviews as well as one for rating what's being reviewed.
it's easier to do it yourself, although it sounds hard it's really easy, at least with SQL, with TXT it's much more difficult. (those two go with PHP)
