Well i'm looking for a gallery script.

Users have to register an account and from the account they can upload skins to a selected category along with a preview and a discription and also as a registered user they can comment on other persons skins.

Nothing too complex

And must not be too hard to make templates for it.

Also if possible it has the option to display the stats eg Numeber of skins in each category, and when a person goes to download a skin they it shows how much time it has been downlaoded.

Anything close to that.

You should really try looking before posting, HotScripts has a database of currently over 200 image galleries. Some may not have all you want, but a lot probably do.

I'm looking for a gallery similar to GameSpots, where you can limit what a person sees but they can see the screenshot. They just need to get an account with certain access to view it.

Eh, I don't like it. The subcategories and crap like that. It sucks heh, I want something just basic and similar to GameSpots.
