I have been searching for a PHP based database program that has the following attributes, but have not been able to find one. Here is what I have been looking for:
A database program that:
Allows the administrator to create databases that meet their specific requirements. (Ie allows the admin to design the database)
Allows users to log in and view, search, sort and add to the database
Program creates the database web pages on the fly.
Free / GPL license
Requires minimal PHP / SQL knowledge.
If anyone knows of such a program, please let me know!
