Newsletter Mailing List (Opt-In)

Can anyone recommend how I can set up an opt-in newsletter mailing list for the website of a local sports club. I would like users to be able to
subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list via the website. I would also like users to be able to select various options which would be used to customize the content and type of information they will receive from the mailing list. It would be nice to to be able to schedule the dispatch of newsletters up to two weeks in advance. I anticipate having a maximum of 500 subscribers. The system needs to be reliable and secure. It should handle bounced e-mails etc. I have read about Mailman (said to be difficult to configure) and have looked at PHP scripts on Hotscripts.com (lots of scripts, but difficult to assess them). Also (and possibly off topic) does anyone have any advice about how to keep such a mailing list system (or its host) from being incorrectly blacklisted as a spam source.

go to google and search for webinsta mail manager . very good and has many various functions. guests can choose which listss they want to subscribe to and also you can send html and txt newsletters

Thanks for the suggestion... But when I searched in google I dint found the appropriate one!!!!!
