Software uploading script

Hi,
I'm looking for a script that users can use to upload programs and articles.
And when you are in the site you can search for programs and articles.
The founded program must has а name, description version of OS that support and link for download. All of this info to be given by the users who want to upload programs and articles.

And the articles to has name and content to.

I'm bulgarian and I apologies for my english.

There is one site which will show you how to look the programs and serarch engine in the script that I'm looking for.
