pro shopping cart

I am starting an online store with 3 products. I never would have thought that the hardest part would be finding a free shopping cart that just acts as a shopping cart. I registered with charge.com and theyre software they gave me was horrible, it couldnt even track inventory. So what i was wondering is if anyone could point me in the direction of a free ( or trial ) shopping cart that isnt 100% template base ( so it can just be put right into my current design ) and can track invetory?
