Translation request...(Xoops quiz module)

I found a good module below:

I have the same job to do such a quiz system, but it only support one language French. Anyone know how to get a translation of this module in English??

Or, anyone know such a quiz system or module which is language independence(support more than one language and can found distributed language files).
