Need help finding script for charity

Hi guys I need a script for a chairty website. Basically its going to be a chairty sporting event with two teams. I want people to be able to sign up using our website.

We need first for them to fill out a simple form with their name and info

Then I want the info automatically posted onto a roster page. So we won't have to go and update the roster page manually. thats pretty much it.

Please someone help.

your best bet is to ask a 6th grader to do this for you
