KnowledgeBase/Article Adding script??

Hello all,

Maybe one ya can help me. I am looking for a script which a admin can add Article/Tutorial to a database. It would be nice if it had a comments feature, but not needed. I searched in the knowledgebase scripts and didnt find what I wanted

Any ideas or suggestions?
