I've looked through the hotscripts archive, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for a script that allows me to create an unlimited amount of useraccounts (one per customer). Every customer should be able to login, and see nothing more than his or her own page of information. The customers are customers of a psychological institution, and their information is strictly confidential. The plan is to setup a page where customers can look at their progress.

There are many scripts that allow me to create a virtual community, but I don't want that. I want a personal page per customer, a page that's only accessible for that customer.

Next to that, I'd like the script to be able to send mailings to everyone, but that's not very important.

Does anyone know a script that can do this? Commercial or free, as long as it's not TOO expensive , and as long as it's secure. Very secure . Thanks in ahead.

If the page will contain confidential medical or psychiatric information then you'll want to use SSL and a secure login manager script at a minimum. Also, some of the HIPAA medical privacy provisions may also come intro play depending on what info will be available on the page.

This would be a fairly easy script to set up, but make sure you aren't violating any of the HIPAA regs. You can PM me if you'd like more info on this.

as end user said, check the hipaa stuff and use ssl. I know one can be written. feel free to pm with a script request or post back here
