I am looking for something which can put one of my static sites into a CMS
They are setup like so on my webserver:
Folder Name = Category Name
File Name = Article Name

I have yet to find a CMS that will allow me to upload all of my HTML files that I have already created into it, and then view / search / edit / etc. through the CMS, let alone one that can handle a site of this size (45,000+ pages)
Anyone have any suggestions?

You might want to try Articlelive from interspire. Yes I do work there, and I am actually the guy running the ArticleLive support desk,so I can help you out with a script to import your static pages into the articlelive database.
