I'm not sure that you'd find anything specifically made for lyrics, but a simple database to add into, edit, search, etc., wouldnt be real difficult to set up. Not sure if anyone would do it for free, though.

Have you checked what features have scripts you have showed and what features have my script?
Also 300$ is for the complete database + not encoded sripts + admin area + member area + search + lot more (look description).

And what are you talking about SPAM?
