I am currently in search of a great shopping cart. And it's hard to find one. What I am basically looking for is a shopping cart that will have the following features:
Very clean and easy to use
An option for customers to either create an account with the store, or to skip this step all together
To have shipping options activated with UPS directly
To have an option for them to have gift certificates and redeem them
To have an option where they choose to have something gift wrapped and also enter a gift message
To be able to charge credit cards directly from the site
For there to be a large number of templates to choose from which would be easily modified.
I looked at CartWiz, and I totally like the program, but I am afraid for customer service, since it says that they respond within a few days. And indeed when I sent them an e-mail about their demo not working, they replied to me within 2 days. I really would love to get that sofware and run it on my site with somobody elses hosting, but they dont offer it. So, I was wondering if anyone knows of a shopping cart that's something like CartWiz, but where the demo works, and support is instant.
I dont know maybe I'm asking for too much. If anyone has any input on this, I would appreciate it.
