Hi y'all,

I'm desperately looking for a script (php & sql) that allows me to publish a link portal like this

Preferrably the script:
- works with a sql-database to store links and categories
- is flexible to manage the categories and their place on the screen
- can be modified to change looks and feel for the screen
- can be administered by more than one administrator
- can be used on more that one site/page, so multi site-license
- doesn't have to be free, but would be nice

I would appreciate your scripts, hint and tips very much.
