Yes, sending will stop if you close your browser or your Internet connection terminates; however, you're free to resume the process from the Queue Manager at any time.

Schedualing is not possible at this time a-la-carte with ListMessenger. Generally the only reliable way to run scheduals is through a cron job, which would limit that feature to *nix users (which generally is okay with me; however...). I do have plans for a cross-platform server daemon in the future which would handle scheduals as well as closed-browser sending, etc.
