Simple PHP File Upload / Management Script

I'm looking for the name of a simple upload script. I have seen it used on multiple websites and was wondering if anybody knew the name of it. A screenshot is at http://www.infinity-games.net/explorer.jpg ... Excuse my poor painting skills

I was just randomly going through scripts and I found it - It's called QuiXplorer.

Hey LiNx88, did u manage to adjust the fileSize when uploading? Im running trough the scripts but I cant find it. When uploading it says.

ERROR(S):

blablabla.mp3 : File exceeds maximum size.

Where to adjust the maximum size. Its not listed in the readme.
