Image Map in CSS? Mapping x and y coordinates?

Hi,
I am trying to create a site that looks similar to this one www.meetbypixels.com. I would like the user to be able to click anywhere on the grid and be taken to an order page with the x and y coordinates already inserted in the form based on where they clicked.

I am programming the site in CSS. Any help you can offer would ge great.
