Google Homepage/NetVibes/MyWay?

They all have his special homepage stuff where you can move stuff around delete boxes, edit boxes, etc. Especially the google and netvibes ones, they look EXACTLY the same, so there's probably a script for that somewhere out there. Could someone show me where I can get that script, or a similar one for the same purpose?

I am 99% certain the google one is coded in house and can not be downloaded somewhere.

I'm pretty sure about that, too, but NetVibes looks exactly the same. Can you please suggest a script like any of these?
