looking for a simple forum php code

phpBB is good but too complicate.
Just want a simple board like http://www.websitetoolbox.com/tool/mb/robocoach

I can't offer a mysql, so it must not use database, just files.
Anybody want to help me?

Great thank!

I haven't heard of any that don't use MySQL, though they may be out there. I could write you one, but it'd cost...

There are some flatfile forums out there, most can be found at hotscripts if your willing to go through them all (http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...rds/index.html)

Some that popped out:
http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/14778.html
http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/18282.html

Most flatfile boards will be written in Perl though (http://www.hotscripts.com/CGI_and_Pe...rds/index.html).

If you want a forum software that doesn't require MySQL Try InvisionFlatBoard: http://flatboard.invisionboard.com/

This is a simple and very easy to set up flat file forum, a lot of themes you can use. Looks nice, too. www.simplemedia.org/

I have just set it up on my own site, which I'm still putting together. Take a look here first to see what you think. www.mdhwebdesign.com/tstop/index.html, click on "Forum".
