I have a client that gave me a form in .asp. THey want the form to look exactly as it does when it comes through the email as it does on the web page.

This form is on their intranet and they are running on IIS 5.0

The present form method is below:
<form method="post" action="email@whatever.com?subject=preset subject" ENCTYPE="text/plain">

Does anyone know a script that will send it as a pdf? Any other scripts you would recommend?

They just gave it to me and want it immediately so any suggestions would be greatly, greatly appreciated.
