First Request:
I have a home web server [php/mysql/apache] and when i'm gone to the job i want to control my server.

example:

"http://serveradress/misc/control.asp,php,html whatever"

then i have a button to shutdown remotely the server ,restart or standby.

Is it possible ? i'm running on winxp pro

Second request:
My other question is if a script for watching server cpu temp ,mb temp and fan speed. (some people say: create a program that can log these stats and then create a script for reading the logs files.)

[This could be help: My server use an Asus A7V with 2 sensor for the cpu and mb,then i have Asus Probe for checking the temp and fans speeds]

So if the server is running failure like that: fan speed 600 rpm , cpu 80 degrees celcius with the first script i ask to make , i can shutdown imediatly the server.

You could try just simple remote control, for the first bit WinVNC is one I use widely and has proved very good for a few years now, open source, easy to install and config, very small footprint and resource usage. Only prob would be firewall/proxy limitations allowing other than standard http port access.
