Hi everybody:
I need an open source ASP newsletter or mailing list that have the following abilities. It doesn't matter the source code is free or not but free is much better.
Abilities I need:
I need it to send newsletters on a period I set to my mailing list and the only special thing I want is that it attaches some gifts (like free internet account or discount) to some random users' newsletters. I want it to send such special newsletters to ranmdom users and send other users normal newsletters without such gifts. Plus I want it to send such gifts to some special users that I set (for example someone who has registered 3 moths before). I mean I want to do it random and on a way I set it up both.
Please tell me such a system is availabe or I have to make it myself.

I doubt theres anything around that does specifically what you want. its probably better to do it yourself ... you could look for a standard newsletter script and modify it.
