Alright, I want the script to have it so users can register and I can "limit" what type files each user can upload and how much etc...

I don't want it to be a gallery script, but I do want it to show what they've uploaded etc...

Like when a new user registers say dubse, he uploads something it will be in www.something.com/upload/dubse/(file here).jpg

and when he logs in he can see what he's uploaded and when.
