Ftp Backup
Anyone know of a freeware ftp utility that

1. Backs up on a scedule (want my website backed up twice daily)
2. Compresses the backup.
3. Verifys the backup.


Anyone know of another freeware utilty that backs up MSSQL from a remote server?
