I need a simple standalone image script.

It would be nice if it had a forword and backword button and the number of jpg/jpeg files in the directory (ie ]9 of 48]. at both the top and bottom.
It would also be nice if it would fit the picture to the width of the browser.

Can anyone help me find or write something like that?

I'd like for this to just be 1 file, so i can drop it into the directory with the pictures, there is literally over 1000 directories of images.

OH BTW, need this done in PHP, perferably free

you only need php - no database - simple install by extracting to a directory.
