I've been looking around for a Perl script for a while and not sure what might work or not. On a forum I frequent we are starting up PhotoShop Tennis matches, to help out some of the people with limited online knowledge and hosting abilities I offered up space and bandwidth on my web host. I have plenty of space and bandwidth, but no database access (Which would be useful for this).
What I have been looking for is an image uploader with the ability to setup users, something internal to the script, not in the OS. I would like to be able to cap the users to avoid flooding my account. Also, I would like the script to chmod the files so that the users can directly link to embed them in their forum posts without any other setup on my part. Otherwise my only option is to have each file sent to me and put it up myself, I'd rather it be a bit more user friendly to everything.
If anyone knows of a uploader that meets my requirements, let me know, server is running latest Apache and Perl builds. Thanks
