Creating ACcounts and Displaying Account Info

Hey guys, i'm new here and need some, or i should say alot, of help. I have no idea where to post as i dont no whwich language this thign would be written in.

Im trying to creating a site in which a user creates an account. With that account i want for him/her to put in certain information. Then i want to be able to display that information on my website using a certain style. Im sure that part would be easy but i dont quite understand what scripts im suppose to use. ive tried looking into the cgi/perl scripts at hotscripts.com and ive onyl come acrosst he password protect / user managemant scripts to be anywere near what i want to be ablet o do. If any of you have played Counter Strike, i want to do somethign similar to caleague.com and be able to create teams and edit rosters without having to actually go into ftp and edit the site.

I hope this is in the right place..

Thanks in advanced!

Moved to script requests.

I think the best solution would be a PHP/MySQL user management system.
Try Hotscrips' PHP section, or Google.

To be honest, no. I think the best it to try a few and see which one you like best.
