Hello, I hope someone can assist me?

I've used Zencart to build a Shopping Cart website which is almost done, my only problem is the Shipping Cart module... I am in Australia and the Shipping Cart module does not suit the Australian based Courier Company I am using.

There is a shipping cart module for Fastways available however it is for Oscommerce and not Zencart.

I am using a Courier/Freight Company called Fastways and Australia Post, everything is good to go with Australia Post, yet the Fastways isn't. Can someone custom build the shipping cart module to identify with the Fastways Company, if yes, how much would this cost and how long would it take for this to be implemented into my site?
