Hello wonderful programmers,
I am a web site developer and designer in Nigeria. Recently I have been getting proposals from my clients for an SMS sender from their websites which will cost them nothing more. Well, please I need a script that can do this and which can send FREE SMS to all the GSM Carriers in Nigeria and which can also send SMS to other international networks.
Note:
1. I will want the script to be in form of a newsletter.
2. Make provision for an administrative control where the administrator has full control of the programme so that the administrator can send batch and single SMS's.
3. Also subscribers should be able to entre there date of birth, and time the SMS can come to them.
4. The script should be able to send SMS to every subscriber each day as well as on each subscribers birth date.

i am not familiar with too many free ones. i would check out the one on the google site (http://www.google.com/sendtophone) and then if that doesnt work do some looking for a free one, but i do not expect to find too many
