Hi!
Ok I've looked around, but I just can't seem to find what I need and maybe one of you can lend a noob like me some help. I want to do the following:
1.) Have a user enter his/her info in a form on my website such as user name, email, password & some affiliate info like their ClickBank nickname or AdSense publisher Id & Perhaps even an image file such as their picture.
2.) On submit, a directory (not subdomain) is created on my hosting account with that user's name. So if my domain is
www.happybunny.com and someone submits the form with his name "bubba" then a directory will be created resulting in
www.happybunny.com/bubba/
3.) A webpage (or several webpages) I created will be copied to this new directory (I assume as index.html?)
4.) Certain links inside the copied webpage will be changed such as the ClickBank nickname or AdSense publisher Id. So if on my template there is an adsense ad with a dummy adsense publisher id it will be changed to the new members real adsense publisher id.
5.) The new member gets an email with the information on where his or her new website is located and they can start promoting it.
I have seen many website doing this already so I know it can be done. My host is linux based using cpanel and I have autoresponders, mysql, php, cgi etc.
I have searched around but only find CMS that offer everything except using your own templates...
Can anyone help? Should I search for PHP scripts or JavaScrips or CGI?
