i have a php based forum and need a script that will allow me to ban users "silently", what i mean by that is they have no idea the've been banned, they can see, read and reply to all forums only they and their posts are invisible to everyone else and their private messages get sent but go nowhere.
i am willing to pay a fair price for a robust and bug free script.
mods if you think this will be better received in the job offer forum please move it, for some reason i was not allowed to post there.
