I am in the process of putting a site together, but I don't know what I need by way of script.

This is for Singtotheking.org

I will have a page where different churches can register their Church Name, Contact Name, Address,City,State,Zip, and Country and Telephone and E-mail address or link. Upon submission, their information will be automatically posted on website within 4 columns, according to submitter's Zip Code and Country. It would be nice to have all submissions searchable within this site.

Example:

Church of Our Lord
Pastor XXXX XXXXX
00000 N. Heavenly Way St.
Church Town, TX 99999
USA

Please let me know if there is such a product, and what it would be called.

On a further note, when posting script requests please provide some information about the script(s) you're looking. Things like:

- Programming Language
- Platform
- Free or Paid
- Type of License
