Generate pdf file with headers for printing
Hi
I need a code or example if someone has which generate a PDF document. I need to print this PDF document with header (a banner at top).

An employer see the CV and has an option to generate a PDF for printing. Now I need an example code to do this with PHP.

If someone has a sample code, please help me !
