looking for PHP script for timed image rotation + link rotation

I have been looking all over the internet and have not found a script that would display a different image daily with a corresponding link to each image. I have found this Pic of the Day script http://www.usefulclasses.com/index.p...y_installation which is basically half of what I am looking for but I have no idea how to implement link changes with each image.
Any help would be appreciated.
