I want to send a newsletter including embedded CSS and using a MYSQL database for addresses and subscribers. I want to be able to personalise the newsletter. Could someone tell me how I could use PHP to do this. I have limited PHP knowledge but am learning

Search for "newsletter" in hotscripts. There are a ton of them from very simple to very complex that should do exactly what you want them to do.

If for some reason you want something else then post more details of why one of the ones that is available won't work for you.
