free hosting script

I am looking for a script to provide users of my website with the option to build and host a free homepage (somewhat like Geocities). It must have an option for uploading files, etc. There used to be a script called "PHPWebHosting" but this is now part of PHPGroupware and i don't want a complete solution like PHPGroupware. Does anyone have a script like this or can someone provide me with the "PHPWebHosting" script?

Cpanel is the solution , but you have to pay for it .. but you will satisfied with it

Cpanel is not really what i am looking for. It must be a free service for registered users on my site. Not a complete solution.
