Hi All. First post here. I am developing a site at work at the following URL: http://www.palacefightingchampionship.com

Here's my first (of many) obstacle. I was told today that there will be at least 1 new news article per week during the year, and a new article everyday for 2 weeks prior to a scheduled fight. I'm guessing maybe 75-100 articles per year at this point.

I feel like I am just slapping this site together and I need to develop a way to better manage all of these articles and simplify adding them and archiving them for visitors.

I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 on a Mac based network at my job. I was looking into Contribute but I'm not sure if this would do what I want.

Can anyone offer any ideas/suggestions or point me towards some helpful info or sample sites? I keep reading that there should be a script that I can use for this but my knowledge of scripts is close to zero. I'm just not sure how to implement them.

I used to take fighters to the Palace and worked a little with Scott Adams over at WEC.tv. Its been awhile. I think the last one I saw was Mike MacDonald with Rafael Real. I love Olaf Afonso too. What a machine!

It seems like you have a good idea for the lay of your site. There are lots of article managers out there on hotscripts and sourceforge.net. If you need help installing and setting one of them up let me know in a Private Message on this forum and I'll talk to you about possibilities.
