I need a script that current users (10,000's) can verify they viewed a variety of seminars, and in return collect viewing credits for each one viewed. The script would have to "record" those credits and be accessible to the user so they can view how many they have acquired as well as the administrators. (They are reimbursed for viewing the seminars.) Also, so they can not get credited multipliable times for the same viewing or viewing it 50 times. They only get credited for viewing it once.
