Event Registration/Management

I need an event booking system (either free or commercial) that will allow me to take registrations for multiple events at once however I need to have separate admin/management logins for each event. I can’t have Manager A, responsible for Event A seeing the registrants for Event B. Does anyone know of a package that can do this?
