Hello! First, this site is great, I've been using it for some time, and it never fails me.

Now the reason I'm here is I am a beginning programmer, and I have a small customer base for web hosting, development, media projects, etc. I set up different packages depending on what they have in their budget vs. what they want - However, paper trails are getting confusing and I'd like them to just be able to have a centered location to be able to get ahold of us. So, I'm wondering if there is an open source script out there that:

1. Can hold/manage a customer client base
2. Has admin and customer login areas
3. Has a developed support ticket section to be posted in by clients, responded to by admins

Currently that's about all I'm looking for. Anything else, I would like it to be an "optional" deal, where it doesn't HAVE to be used or updated on the site to make the site appear current.
