I am searching for these scripts in php:

1) I need a image gallery script where I can put images from different other image hosting sites like imageshack. The image script should be like coppermine or other galleries but instead of uploading the images into my webspace, I should be able to provide the address of the images to the image gallery and the image will be added to the gallery but not uploaded.

2) A script which adds RSS feeds to my html pages. The feeds should be from multiple sources which I can select and the urls should be like mysite.com/feeds.php?url=1 , mysite.com/feeds.php?url=2 and these urls should redirect the visitor to their original location.

I prefer free scripts in php.
