newbie question: display all entries of a table

hi, can anyone give me a code to display ALL entries of a table, and for each of them display the result as a link

for a start, you havent given any indication as to what the hell you want. you say you want all entries to be given for a table, well if you provide the table, or at least a part of it, and then explain what part of it you want to show and what part you want links for etc then maybe people will actually be able to help you. think a little bit harder before you post

do you want it to be the php code, or do you want the html or what?

and as for calling my post bs, im just suggesting looking on the net. im sure you can find some information on how to get data from a table (mysql database). For example http://www.w3schools.com/php/php_mysql_intro.asp

and then theres always the php site

select the fields from the database, put them in variables and then use concatenation to put the link together in html.
