php - perl - parser

I am wanting to parse a .cgi page out putted html,then take that and make a static page on another site and keep it updated (in sync w/.cgi output)

not sure if my terms are correct and any suggestions would be gratefully received

Is this a paid request or are you looking for advice on how to write such a script. If Perl is your choice, PM me. I do need to ask if you have permission to capture the *output* of the site(s) you wish to use this on. I can quickly set up a demo for you to see the abilities as well. If the site requires a login or password, my script can handle that as well.
