My friend own some buildings and houses and he ask me to build a website for him
My vision to the web site is like this
I will categorize the buildings and the houses and under it conation the apartments and the houses and at the apartment page there is information table and pictures for the apartment.
There is search engine in the website for visitors who seek available apartments
Also there is the billing side which is between the owner and the residents
The control panel for the residents conation when is the next bill and how much is the overdue and when the leases will end and online payment
The control panel for the owner conation all the above in a list view
Also the website conation news and offers
Now I cannot program from zero
But, I can modify and add futures if have something to build on it
I would like to use the script that I had just showed you but it's not in English which is impossible for me to work with
