Look for advice on free and best match making(software) with php and mySQL

Ask for help. I was trying to build a match making(dating software) but failed. I found solutions on:

However, thera are 50 dating softwares on hotscripts. I contacted some of them but hardly got reply. I had some bad experience. Some companies promised very good services before I bought. However, I could not get help after I bought softwares.

I am quite new. I want to have a dating software (free, or best. Php and mySQL). Any suggestions? This might be compatible with Yahoo web hosting. I only know yahoo web hosting. Is there any other stable web hosting?

Hopefully I can find a guru to advice. I am quite new. Appreciate your help.
