Hey everyone,
just wondering if there's a script out there that is customizable and similar to the ones found on 800notes.com / whocallsme.com / complaintwire.org ?
I realize those websites use ASP but I was wondering if there are any PHP scripts that are similar and that allows submission with verifications, comments, etc.

Well, I was mostly looking for a similar kind of PHP script or even a Joomla extension that is versatile.
Something that allows users to submit (with verification) information with modifyable fields etc... and in turn, users can do a search of what has been submitted by different fields specified. I guess something like a combination submit to database / search database kind of script.
The sites I list seem to have something similar to what I was looking for except they are in ASP and not sure what script they use.

Hello,
hmm, actually I believe the Joomla extensions I could use for this would be acombination of a form submission mod like FacileForm and a Database Query mod like DBQ... Not as simple as I would like as it requires an installation of Joomla. Wondering if there's a standalone PHP script which is fast loading, and does all the Form Submission (into MySQL tables), Database Search (specific tables) and Displaying results according to a defined layout (and allow comments on certain submitted entries)...
The 2 websites I mentioned above seem to be able to do this however, not sure which script they are using and also, it appears they use ASP.
