Booking calendar script?

Im after a booking / job calendar.

Similar to the calendar on outlook where you can add hourly jobs throught the day.

we need is so Admin can login and view /add the new jobs to the franchisee's day schedules

we need to have mulitpul users so the admin can login to different franchisee calendars and the franchisee can login to their calendar from home to see the jobs.

any help would be great

either.

As long as we can create multiple calendars for individual users and we can add hourly booking within the day view. (similar to outlook calendar)
