Designing Photo album in PHP

Hi All,
I want to create a CMS(Image) in PHP that looks something like a Photo album. the problem is that i want to have the album a bit more attractive (like that of N70 or the ENCARTA encyclopedia),....i.e. when i open the album my first image should be shown where as others should be shown in decreasing size order....as soon i move my mouse pointer on the next image it should be enlarged whereas the current image should be moved to right/left depending on where it was....

Can anyone help me on this.???????

Look into some of the 'zoombar' or 'fisheye' functions here (images), here (for text), here (for text), here (images), and so on.
